Hey everyone, I’ve been auditing a bunch of competitors lately, and honestly, I’m falling asleep at my desk. It feels like every agency bought the exact same minimalist tech template, swapped out the hex codes, and called it a day. Where is the personality?
I’m on the hunt for inspiration. I want to see the best digital agency websites that actually take creative risks. Agency websites generally provide lots of general information about the agency itself and; additionally, provide visitors with an experience. Your agency website needs to show how good you are at what you do prior to the visitor reading through your portfolio/case studies. A large type face, well designed micro-interaction elements (not ones that cause your browser to crash or malfunction) and writing that sounds like it was written by a human instead of an AI, that has scraped marketing books. If all you have is an empty digital front door (an empty park or a generic SaaS Website) what indication would a client have that you are qualified to help them create their brand? Drop some links to the most innovative, rule-breaking sites you’ve stumbled across recently. Let’s dissect what they are doing right and see what we can steal—uh, I mean, adapt for our own projects.
